RSOC is a not-for-profit organization staffed entirely by volunteers who are working to promote skiing, camping, hiking, sailing, canoeing, rafting and other outdoor activities. RSOC promotes the conservation of our natural resources.

The Crescent Ski Council is planning a 2027 trip to Australia and New Zealand

The timeframe of this adventure is still to be determined, however.

RSOC President, Jim Bennett, who went on a similar CSC trip in 2006 and an RSOC trip in 2015, will give us an overview of those fantastic trips to whet our appetite for the

2027 excursion.

Hurricane Helene relief in Western North Carolina. 

As a club, the RSOC has made a $500 donation to the Red Cross to be designated for Hurricane Helene relief in

Western North Carolina.

If you would like to make your own financial donation, go to the Red Cross website and navigate to the Hurricane Helene donation page.
