Come join us in West Virginia on this "a la carte" rafting and/or camping trip. You can choose between two or three nights camping and one or two rafting trips. Note that Upper Gauley rafting can be extreme (5+ class rapids, for experienced rafters), and the Lower Gauley is a medium class 3-5 rapids river.
We camp at Cantrell Rafting base camp (address below) which includes the following amenities at no additional charge:
Mornings: Appalachian biscuit and gravy breakfast
Plenty of coffee and water
Fresh fruit
Evenings: Live band (Saturday night)
Onsite grill and pub
Full service restaurant
Wetsuits: If air and water temperatures dictate, wetsuits may be mandated by the river manager. If folks have appropriate cold weather gear for the water, they can bring their own. If not, the wetsuit package is $25 per person plus a 6% sales tax. Those monies will be collected the day of the adventure.
